Buying our investment property had to financially give us the ROI, but the location, and what this building and specs were going to be built like was what was going to make our investment return important not only in the short term, but for the re-sale value in years to come. Looking at an off the plan residence can be dauting if doing it for the first time. Many opportunities pass you by, lots of info to take in including where, the designer, and importantly who is building it. We spent lots of time looking and nearly lost this great opportunity to enjoy this journey of seeing our townhouse residence being built. Have purchased a few properties throughout the years, but the journey from end to end was excellent with Ecca Projects and the marketing team. Things can always go wrong in any build especially volume building, but their attention to detail, communication, and just shear volume of experience made the whole process easy and very satisfying channelling all correspondence quickly and effectively.
